Hello! I’m Linda Martínez, first of all I want to introduce myself to you so you can get to know me a little. I am married to a wonderful husband and we have 2 beautiful children.

I love taking care of myself, I exercise regularly, and I like to prepare food for my family that keeps us all healthy.

The reason why I began to take care of both my health and my beauty was because after my first pregnancy I had no motivation to take care of myself, I ate poorly and did not do any physical activity.
I started to worry when I realized how much weight I had put on and most of my pants no longer fit. In fact my face was swollen.
At that moment I realized that I couldn’t continue like this, I bought some nutrition books, I started to follow some exercise routines and after having learned some tricks to stay healthy and in good shape, that’s when I decided to write about my experience.
One of the reasons it took me so long to realize I needed to change my habits is because I felt like I didn’t have enough time. Fortunately now my husband helps me with some things to give me time to exercise.
